Ingredients
- ½ cup daliya (broken wheat)
- 1 tbsp moong dal
- ½ cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans)
- 1 tsp ghee
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- 1Dry roast daliya for 2–3 minutes.
- 2Heat ghee in a cooker, add dal and vegetables.
- 3Add daliya, turmeric, and water.
- 4Pressure cook for 3 whistles until soft.
- 5Mash slightly for younger children and serve warm.
