Ingredients

  • ½ cup daliya (broken wheat)
  • 1 tbsp moong dal
  • ½ cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans)
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. 1Dry roast daliya for 2–3 minutes.
  2. 2Heat ghee in a cooker, add dal and vegetables.
  3. 3Add daliya, turmeric, and water.
  4. 4Pressure cook for 3 whistles until soft.
  5. 5Mash slightly for younger children and serve warm.
