KidNutritionHub currently collects minimal data. When you use our free tools (Nutrition Calculator, Growth Tracker), all calculations happen in your browser — no data is sent to or stored on our servers. If you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. This data is not shared with third parties. If you sign up for our waitlist, we collect your email address to notify you of new features. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not collect, store, or process data about children directly.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Plausible Analytics or Fathom) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — these tools do not use cookies and do not track individual users across sessions or websites. We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or third-party tracking scripts.

KidNutritionHub is a site for parents and caregivers — not for children to use directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our tools that involve child-specific data (e.g. the Growth Tracker) are designed to operate entirely in the user's browser. No child health data is transmitted to or stored on our servers. In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 and international standards including COPPA, we do not process personal data of minors without verified parental consent.

Contact form submissions: used solely to respond to your enquiry. Deleted after 90 days unless an ongoing relationship requires retention. Waitlist emails: used only to send feature announcements. Not sold, shared, or used for advertising. We will never sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.
