Our mission

KidNutritionHub exists to make accurate, age-specific child nutrition guidance accessible to every parent — in a language they can understand and trust.

67% of children under 5 in India are anaemic. 35% are stunted. These are not inevitable outcomes — they are the direct result of an information gap. Parents want to feed their children well; they often simply don't have reliable, practical guidance to act on. KidNutritionHub is our answer to that gap.

How we work

Evidence-based only

Every claim is sourced from WHO, ICMR, IAP, or peer-reviewed medical journals. We never publish anecdotal advice.

Parent-first design

We write for parents — not doctors. Complex nutrition science translated into actionable, practical guidance.

India-relevant

Our content is tailored to Indian foods, cooking traditions, and nutritional challenges — not adapted from Western resources.

Expert reviewed

All articles and diet charts are reviewed by registered paediatric dietitians before publishing.

Medical Advisory Board

We are actively building our advisory board of registered paediatric dietitians and nutritionists. If you are a credentialed paediatric nutrition expert interested in contributing, please reach out.
