Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat milk or fortified soy milk
  • ½ cup curd/yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey (not for under-1s)
  • A pinch of cinnamon
