Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat milk or fortified soy milk
- ½ cup curd/yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey (not for under-1s)
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
