Ingredients
- ½ cup moong dal
- 1 cup spinach (palak), chopped
- 1 tsp ghee
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1 small garlic clove
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- 1Cook dal with water until soft.
- 2In a pan, heat ghee and add cumin and garlic.
- 3Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- 4Mix in cooked dal and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5Serve warm with rice or roti.
